  How will I get my tickets?
  You tickets will be sent to your email used upon purchase and can be printed immediately.
  Can I cancel my tickets?
  Yes you can cancel your tickets and a full refund will be given back to your credit card for cancellations 24 hours before the event. Please note that some special events or discounted tickets will not be eligible for a refund (These events will be marked as special)
  How do I pay for my tickets?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can pay via paypal but will be charged a 3.5% fee. Please note: no refund will be given for purchases via paypal and all tickets purchased via paypal must be 5 days prior to the event.

  What do I need to take for entry to the club?
  You must take your printed ticket along with photo id i.e (passport or driving licence) and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
  Can I buy tickets for a group?

Yes just select the number of tickets required from the drop down menu upon purchase. Please note that the credit card holder is responsible for all the tickets in the group so you must enter together on the door of the venue.

  How can I book a VIP table?

We can book all your VIP needs while in Ibiza you just need to send us a request via our VIP page and we will check availability and get straight back to you.

  Do I get a refund if my event is cancelled?
  Yes you will receive a full refund if the event is cancelled prior to the start time.
  How are my details protected?

We do not store any credit card details on our website and all payments are made via a secure payment system when your transferred to the online banking system. Any emails or login details is fully protected by verisign.
